Tenancy Law and Lease Law
Metzler Rechtsanwälte has decades of experience in the field of lease law for retail and commercial properties and assists both landlords (e.g., shopping centers) and tenants (e.g., large retail chains) with all legal matters.
Lease agreements (residential leases, commercial leases) should be tailored to individual needs. In matters of tenancy law, we regularly advise landlords and tenants on the drafting of residential and commercial leases and on any disputes that may arise.
