Publication "Structure and tasks of the municipal office (magistrate)"

The joint article by Dr. Matthäus Metzler and Dr. Julia Eder (Linz City Council, Mayor’s Office) has been published in the handbook *Das österreichische Gemeinderecht* (Austrian Municipal Law), edited by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Katharina Pabel(June 2020 issue). Public commercial law is a core area of expertise at Metzler & Partner Attorneys at Law. The practice group was recently expanded with the addition of Dr. Fabian Hanz.
